Biographical Information[edit]

Catcher Art "Six O'Clock" Weaver was so thin that fans said he looked like the hands of the clock at six o'clock. He played in the majors from 1902 to 1905 and in 1908, and was on the 1907 Wichita Jobbers who went 98-35, hitting .294.

After his playing days were over, Weaver worked at a motor fuel company in Denver, CO and was seriously injured in a plant explosion [1].
