Armando Báez (Jojo)
Armando Báez played for the Rifleros de Regla in Cuba's amateur leagues; in 1943, he led the league in homers (6), doubles (8) and total bases (66). He was 1 for 11 for the Cuban national team that won the 1943 Amateur World Series. His brother Humberto Báez played in the minors.
