Argus James Hamilton
- Throws Left
- Born August 16, 1879 in Koylton, MI USA
Biographical Information[edit]
Argus Hamilton pitched in the minor leagues in 1901 to 1903 and in 1905. Between two clubs in 1902, he went 15-14 in 32 games (29 starts).
He managed the Guthrie Senators to begin the 1905 campaign, but was replaced by Ben Bennett. The manager of the club has variously been listed as A.J. Hamilton and John Hamilton, but as Argus' initials are themselves "A.J.," he was likely the true skipper.
