Anthony Williams has been a college coach.

Williams was All-State in high school in 2003. He was assistant coach at Frostburg State University in 2009-2010 and UMBC in 2011. In 2012, he was 21-19 as head coach of Pitt-Greensburg, the first winning record in school annals. He topped the win record in 2014 and set a new mark in 2015. Williams has also worked in the Video and Advanced Scouting Department for the Pittsburgh Pirates. Williams became head coach at Clarion University of Pennsylvania in 2017, remaining for three years and winning 53 games. He then was back at Frostburg State, now as head coach, in 2020.
