Biographical Information[edit]
Andy Tomasic played for the Pittsburgh Steelers of the NFL in 1942 and 1946, wrapped around three years in the Army. He also entered pro baseball in 1946.
In the 1950 International League, Tomasic and Tom Poholsky both pitched all 22 innings of a contest. Poholsky won the game 3-2, with 20 consecutive shutout innings to end it.
Tomasic was an uncle of NFL Great Matt Millen.
