Biographical Information

Andy Orfanakos of Toronto pitched for the Greek national team in the 2012 European Championship, allowing six runs (five earned) in 5 2/3 IP. He allowed seven walks and seven hits and struck out three. He came up big in the 7th/8th place game with 1 1/3 shutout innings as Greece beat France. Signing with Germany's Stuttgart Reds for 2013, he was 0-3 with a 7.33 ERA.
