Andrew Higgins is a Canadian umpire. He worked the 2007 Baseball World Cup (including the Gold Medal game), was a supervisor for women's baseball umpires in the 2015 Pan American Games and worked the 2017 World Baseball Classic Qualifiers, 2017 U-18 Baseball World Cup and 2019 Premier 12.
