Biographical information

Amin Touahri is a catcher for the Lions de Savigny sur Orge in Division Elite.

As a member of the French Junior Team, he played in the Apeldoorn tournament and in the Open International de Rouen in 2009. In the Rouen tourney, he hit for a .250 in 4 AB with one hit and a 1.000 Fld %. In the 2009 European Junior Championship, he was 0 for 2 with a walk and allowed five steals in five tries at catcher.

In the 2009 Division Elite, Touahri hit just .117/.159/.150 as Savigny's primary catcher. He threw out 8 of 40 base-stealers and had 15 passed balls and one error in 20 games.
