American Fork Canyon is located in the Wasatch Mountains of central Utah and derives its name from the American Fork River which flows through it. Timpanogos Cave National Monument is just north of the canyon, whose entrance is 5 miles east of Alpine, UT. Tyson Brummett died in a small plane crash here.
