Biographical Information[edit]
Alex Harter was a four year starter at the University of Findlay and graduated in 2019 with a degree in Marketing and Finance. After graduating, Harter took over pitching coach responsibilities during the 2020 Oilers season. Later that year he joined Driveline Baseball as an assistant baseball coach and stayed with Driveline through early 2022. The Middlebury College Panthers hired Harter in February, 2002 as an assistant coach. Harter coached for them through the 2022 and 2023 seasons.
Harter moved into the professional baseball coaching ranks in 2024 when the Houston Astros hired him to coach Asheville Tourists pitchers.
