Biographical Information[edit]
Albert Lasker was a minority stock holder in the Chicago Cubs who was the author of the Lasker Plan for the government of Organized Ball in 1920 before the office of Commissioner was created.
Although born in Germany, Lasker was an American businessman (born to American parents) who is often considered to be the founder of modern advertising.
