Adolfo Flores has pitched for the Nicaraguan national team.

He debuted in 2011, pitching for Chinandega, and allowed 10 runs (9 earned) in 5 innings, going 0-1. He returned in 2014, going 3-4 with 8 saves and a 3.15 ERA for Chinandega and posting a 4.05 ERA in 3 outings for San Fernando. In '15, he was 0-5 with 3 saves and a 4.83 ERA for Chinandega. During 2016, he was 5-2 with 16 saves and a 2.13 ERA for Chinandega. In '17, he was 1-0 with 2 saves and a 4.69 ERA. He moved to Boer in 2018 and had a 1-0, 5.06 record. [1]

Flores made the Nicaraguan team for the 2019 Pan American Games Qualifier. He got into one game, a 14-12 win over Team Canada in the 3rd/4th place game, and got knocked around like his teammates in a 7-run 7th. Relieving Berman Espinoza, he allowed 3 hits and 3 runs while retiring no one; Wilber Bucardo replaced him. [2]
