Aaron Thorne pitched for the Yuma Bullfrogs in 2007, allowing 2 runs in 6 1/3 IP and saving a game. In the 2008 Claxton Shield, he gave up 4 runs in only 2/3 of an inning. He is on South Africa's provisional roster for the 2009 World Baseball Classic.
