2021 East Coast Conference Tournament

The 2021 East Coast Conference baseball tournament was scheduled to consist of best-of-three semi-finals with the winners advancing to a best-of-three finals. #3 Mercy College withdrew due to health and safety protocols and #2 Molloy College advanced to the finals. The semi-finals between #1 St. Thomas Aquinas College and #4 Queens College were held in Pomona, NY, while the finals between St. Thomas Aquinas and Molloy were held in Uniondale, NY. Molloy defeated St. Thomas Aquinas for the title. Charlie Cucchiara of Molloy was named Most Outstanding Player.
