The 2018 Caribbean Baseball Cup was the first Caribbean Baseball Cup and was held in December 2018 in the Dominican Republic.
The Dominicans won, sweeping the competition. They beat the US Virgin Islands 8-4 in the semifinals and Curacao 12-1 in the finale. Curacao beat fellow Dutch island Aruba 12-2 in the other semifinal. The US Virgin Islands beat Aruba 9-5 in the Bronze Medal Game. Peru beat Haiti, 5-2, in the consolation game.
