2006 North Central Conference Tournament

The 2006 North Central Conference baseball tournament was held in Mankato, MN. After weather cancelled the second day of games, the tournament was switched to single-elimination and the 2 remaining undefeated teams played in the championship game. Minnesota State University, Mankato defeated University of Nebraska at Omaha for the title.
