1953 Junior World Series
The 1953 Junior World Series was the 37th meeting between the champions of the American Association and International League. The Kansas City Blues had won the American Association playoffs for the second straight year, while the Montreal Royals won the International League's Governors' Cup for the fourth time in eight seasons.
Montreal won the series in five games, winning their first JWS title since 1946.
