1952 Serie A

The 1952 Serie A was the fifth Italian season. Nettuno became the first team to repeat as title winners. They tied Roma for the best regular season record but beat them 10-2 in the title match on October 12, 1952. For the first time, a MVP award was given out and it went to Lazio star Giulio Glorioso.
