Wilbert Pérez has pitched for the Isla de la Junvetud Pine Cutters in the Cuban Serie Nacional.

He went 4-10 with a 3.90 ERA in 2007-2008 and tied for second in the circuit in losses. Through that season, he had a career record of 44-42 with 3 saves and a 4.32 ERA in eight campaigns.

In 2008-2009, the 32-year-old Pérez posted a 12-4, 2.74 record.
