Terrence Antonacci has played for the Belgian national team.

After graduating college in 2000, Antonacci came to Belgium's First Division, going 3-5 with 9 saves and a 6.45 ERA. In '01, he went 6-6 with 11 saves and a 2.51 ERA, striking out 106 in 96 2/3 IP. During 2002, Terrence was 10-2 with 12 saves and a 2.13 ERA, fanning 133 in 110 innings.

At age 25, Antonacci was 7-1 with 9 saves, a 1.05 ERA and 105 K in 94 IP. He allowed only 53 hits. In 2005, he went 2-5 with 9 saves and a 2.77 ERA. He had a 10-1, 11 Sv, 1.39 record in 2006 with 104 strikeouts and only 13 walks and 48 hits in 77 2/3 IP.

In 2007, Terrence had his best year yet, going 14-1 with 15 saves and a 0.80 ERA. He struck out 143 and gave up just 62 hits and 19 walks in 123 innings. The next year, he was 11-1 with 14 saves and a 1.43 ERA for the Hoboken Pioneers. He pitched for Belgium in the 2008 European Championship Qualifiers, getting the nod against their top opponent in the Antwerp pool, Austria. He tossed eight innings, fanning 11 and allowing 2 runs (1 earned) in a 5-2 victory over Werner Harasser. He was one strikeout shy of the pool lead. In the finale of the pool, Dennis van Hoof got the call over the tired Antonacci and also beat Austria, putting Belgium into the 2010 European Championship.

Antonacci was 7-3 with 11 saves and a 1.29 ERA for Hoboken in 2009. In the Belgian Series, he pitched a complete game win in the finale to give the Pioneers their first title in 39 years.
