Noelvis Hernández has been a pitcher with the Sancti Spíritus Roosters.

Hernández was 9-3 with a 3.12 ERA in 2003-2004. He led the 2005-2006 with a 2.29 ERA, .01 ahead of Yosvani Pérez Ruiz. He was with the Cuban "B" squad for the 2006 Haarlem Baseball Week, allowing a hit, walk and two runs while retiring no one. He posted a 4-4, 4.17 record with two saves in 2007-2008, his 9th campaign in Cuba. Through that year, his career record was 39-34 with 18 saves and a 4.12 ERA.

Noelvis was 8-7 with a 5.12 ERA in 2008-2009.
