Infielder Mike Omier played for the Nicaraguan national team in the 1950 Central American and Caribbean Games, 1950 Amateur World Series [1], 1951 Pan American Games [2], 1952 Amateur World Series [3] and 1953 Amateur World Series (winning Bronze). [4]
