Lorenzo García Flores

Pitcher Lorenzo García played for FC Barcelona, Club de Béisbol Siemens, Picadero Jockey Club Barcelona, La Roca, Catalunya, Hércules les Corts, Cinco Rosas, Mollet, Bonanova and CB Sant Boi, retiring in 1997. He played for the Spanish national team from the 1975 European Championship through the 1985 European Championship (a rare stretch in which they won no Medals) and later was the pitching coach for them, including in the 1992 Olympics. In 2011, he was inducted into the Salón de la Fama y al Museo Virtual de la Real Federación Española de Béisbol y Sófbol.
