Biographical Information[edit]
The son of Kenichi Zenimura and brother of Kenshi Zenimura, Kenso Zenimura was teaching at Hawaii University when he joined the 1953 Hiroshima Carp as an outfielder and went 0 for 8 before going back to the US. Due to his Japanese heritage, he spent three years in a United States internment camp during World War II.
