Biographical Information[edit]
Joe Consentino played two games for the Corning Red Sox of the Boston Red Sox system in 1958, going hitless in eight at-bats. In baseball circles, he is more well-known as a co-founder of the New England Collegiate Baseball League (alongside George Foster). In wider circles, he was a director, producer and cinematographer, working on, for example, the TV series The Big Blue Marble and the documentary Muhammad Ali: The Whole Story.
