José Báez
Junior Báez was the first player to 600 career hits in the Puerto Rican amateur league. He helped the Puerto Rican national team win Silver in the 1966 Central American and Caribbean Games and Bronze in the 1967 Pan American Games (which he led with two triples). He made the Puerto Rican Amateur Baseball Hall of Fame along with several other Halls.
