Biographical Information

Javair Gillett played baseball in college, then was a strength and conditioning intern with the Erie SeaWolves, Orlando Magic (NBA) and Toledo Mud Hens. He was the Detroit Tigers minor league strength and conditioning coordinator in 2004. In 2005, he was promoted to the major league staff.
