Biographical Information[edit]
Catcher Warren Seabough played 11 seasons in the minor leagues, from 1904 to 1914. He hit .294 with 1,079 hits in 1,077 games. Perhaps his best season was 1905 with the Springfield Highlanders, when he hit .340 with 166 hits in 131 games (he eclipsed the .340 mark again in his final season, 1914, when he hit .341 in 91 games split between the Ogden Canners and Omaha Rourkes).
He managed the Springfield Midgets in 1906 and the Springfield Merchants in 1920.
He had previously been listed as J.W. Seabaugh.
