Biographical Information

Hsin-Chang Tseng had played in the Taiwan Major League.

Tseng represented Taiwan in the 1989 World Youth Championship and 1992 World Junior Championship. The Taichung Agan signed him in 1997, but he only hit .191/.263/.225 in his only season, and the Agan released him. After retiring, Tseng became a coach and coached the Chinese Taipei women's national baseball team at the 2004 Women's Baseball World Cup.
