Biographical Information

George Andronakos was bullpen catcher for Team Canada in the 2004 Olympics; he was living in Greece at the time. He then suited up for the Greek national team in the 2005 European Championship, backing up former major leaguer Erik Pappas. He went 0 for 7 and was hit by a pitch, while handling 7 putouts and one assist. He allowed two steals in two tries.
