Frank van Droogenbroeck

Shortstop Frank van Droogenbroeck played for the Belgian national team and in the First Division. He had the worst fielding percentage and tied Eddie Dix for the most errors in the 1993 European Championship, but also placed third in on-base percentage and fourth in batting average. He also pitched in that tournament. In 1994, he had the second-most doubles in the First Division. He led the league in batting average in 2000.
He was also on Belgium's roster for the 1983 European Championship, 1985 European Championship and 1986 Amateur World Series.
His son, Jace Van Droogenbroeck, has pitched in the First Division and for the Belgian national team, as well.
