Dennis Cregg

Dennis Cregg was an umpire for 11 years in the Carolina League, Eastern League and International League. In 1986, he joined Minor League Baseball's Umpire Development Program staff. He was an umpire supervisor in the minors for 12 years. As of 2008, his job was to observe, rate and teach minor league umpires around the United States. Cregg was the home plate umpire for the longest game in Organized Baseball history.
