Caserta has fielded a team in Italy's top league, last time was in 2001. They have never won a title. The team has included Ilo Bartolucci, Massimo Casseri, Marc Cerbone, Pierpaolo Illuminati and Giovanni Pantaleoni, all of whom have played for the Italian national team.
