Biographical Information

Berman Espinoza pitched three years in the minor leagues. He was 4-4 with 5 saves and a 2.43 ERA for the 2006 VSL Phillies. The next year with the same club, he went 2-0 with 3 saves and a 1.57 ERA, walking only 3 in 28 1/3 IP. He went 1-4 with 10 saves and a 3.38 ERA for the 08 VSL Phillies and struck out 39 in 34 2/3 IP. He did not pitch in 2009 in the minors, then joined Nicaragua for the 2009 Baseball World Cup.
