Here are the leaders for most consecutive games with a homer to start the post-season. So this doesn't count each series separately, but rather the first series that a given player played in each year.

Manny Ramirez has homered in the first two games this year (although he doesn't show up on the above list as of yet.) He has a chance to become just the 7th player to homer in his first 3 post-season games of a particular season if he goes deep again against the Cubs in Game 3 of the NLDS.
