So Lee can tie Halladay next time out. Speaking of Doc, how do you think it feels to allow 11 ER over 4 complete games and get losses in 3 of them?

Not related to this post, BUT
David Murphy was just awarded first base on Catcher Interference in the Rangers Angels game - it is already the third Catcher Interference for (against?) Murphy this season. Is there any way to search for it happening more often than this for a particular batter?

The record for most times reaching base on catcher's interference in a season is 8, held by Roberto Kelly, in 1992.

Go back to 2007 and you have Brandon Webb who threw 3 consecutive complete games... all shutouts.

Not exactly going to make us forget Joe McGinnity or Hoss Radburn; but for this day and age, pretty impressive.
