Teams with the oldest and youngest pitchers

Here's a very neat way to see how many pitchers each team has under or over a certain age.
Under the PI Pitching Season Finder, set the age limits in the lower left. Then, sort the results by Teams w/ Players. For example, here are all the players, by team in 2007, under the age of 24 as of June 30th:
Year Lg Team Number Players Matching +----+--+---------------------------------+------+-----------------------------------------+ 2007 NL Florida Marlins 13 Taylor Tankersley / Renyel Pinto / Scott Olsen / Rick VandenHurk / Daniel Barone / Ross Wolf / Anibal Sanchez / Ricky Nolasco / Josh Johnson / Logan Kensing / Harvey Garcia / Mauro Zarate / Chris Seddon 2007 AL Detroit Tigers 8 Jeremy Bonderman / Justin Verlander / Joel Zumaya / Macay McBride / Andrew Miller / Eulogio De La Cruz / Yorman Bazardo / Jair Jurrjens 2007 AL New York Yankees 7 Joba Chamberlain / Philip Hughes / Chris Britton / Tyler Clippard / Jeff Karstens / Chase Wright / Ian Kennedy 2007 NL Philadelphia Phillies 7 Mike Zagurski / Cole Hamels / Kyle Kendrick / Fabio Castro / Joseph Bisenius / Zack Segovia / J.A. Wow, the Marlins are young. They've more than a full staff of pitchers all under the age of 24. Fans of the Tigers, Yankees, and Phillies should feel good about seeing their teams up there, as those teams are all good and have a lot of young pitching.
Here's a related list, but instead of going by age, it shows players in just their first year (also set toward the lower left of the PI Pitching Season Finder page):

Interesting that theTigers, Yankees, Phillies are also among the leaders on this list, as they were with the < 24.
By the way, you can do these sorts of lists too for position players just by switching to the PI Batting Season Finder.
Across history, the team that debuted the most pitchers in one year (since 1901) was the 1915 Philadelphia Athletics, with a whopping 21. Here are the leaders in the last 10 seasons:
