There are lots of little interesting stories on this list. John Paciorek's is pretty well known.
But how about Charlton Jimerson in 2007 for the Mariners? He had 2 AB and 2 PA's, getting a single and a homer. He also scored 5 runs and stole 2 bases, so he must have had some pinch running appearances.
Here is the full list for guys with a 1.000 OBP, ranked by most plate appearances. And here are the top 21:

Im not informed on Paciorek's story. Why didnt he play any games in the majors after that?

I see that Throneberry 1955 managed to hit 1.000 with an OBP of .667, due to a sacrifice fly - it's a neat trick, having a batting average more than 300 points over your on-base percentage.
And look at Dwight Bernard 1979; three PA but no AB because of a walk and two sacrifice hits.

Shouldn't a guy be allowed to stay in the bigs until he makes at least one out? On another topic, do you all know if there are any books on the Hall of Fame like James' Whatever Happened to the Hall of Fame? I'll take any suggestions...

Are there any good career ones? I know Esteban Yan, a relief pitcher, had a 2-for-2 for his career - a home run in 2000 and then a single in 2003.

Since 1901, just 10 guys have had 2 or more career AB and finished with a BA of 1.000. Here is the list. It includes Paciorek, as well as Yan. It also includes at least one guy, Jose Morales, who has a realistic shot of making back to the majors and therefore might fall off the list.

Ha! This reminds me of keeping track of stats for softball in gym class. Limited number of at bats, there were many folks who managed to keep a 1.000 OBP
