That was the first extra-inning homer Papelbon has ever allowed and the second extra-inning homer Granderson has ever hit. Despite homering off Joe Nathan in the bottom of the 10th, his first extra-inning homer came in a losing effort. If tonight's will too, I guess the Red Sox are going to have to rally against Mo.
