Players who have at least one post-season game to their credit where they had three or more hits in the contest and none of them were singles:

O.K., if you really want to get fancy, these six are the only players in baseball history to pull this "trick" in post-seasons games that their team lost:
Rk | Player | #Matching | PA | AB | 1B | H | 2B | 3B | HR | RBI | BB | SO | |
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
1 | Eric Karros | 1 | Ind. Games | 5 | 4 | 0 | 3 | 1 | 0 | 2 | 4 | 1 | 0 |
2 | Troy Glaus | 1 | Ind. Games | 4 | 3 | 0 | 3 | 2 | 0 | 1 | 2 | 1 | 0 |
3 | Lenny Dykstra | 1 | Ind. Games | 6 | 5 | 0 | 3 | 1 | 0 | 2 | 4 | 1 | 1 |
4 | Alvin Dark | 1 | Ind. Games | 4 | 4 | 0 | 3 | 3 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 |
5 | Sean Casey | 1 | Ind. Games | 4 | 4 | 0 | 3 | 2 | 0 | 1 | 2 | 0 | 1 |
6 | George Brett | 1 | Ind. Games | 5 | 5 | 0 | 3 | 0 | 0 | 3 | 3 | 0 | 0 |
.
Now, that's a trivia question...where I doubt many would guess all six.

Has anyone hit for the cycle in a post-season game that their team lost? (Or won, for that matter)?

Nobody's hit for the cycle in a postseason game, Tomepp. The most recent "almost" examples I can think of are that Hideki Matsui was a triple short of the cycle in Game 6 of the 2009 World Series, and Kaz Matsui was a single short in Game 2 of the 2007 NLDS.

Another interesting short list from this is that Kaz Matsui, Andre Ethier and Lou Brock are the only players to double, triple and homer in the same post-season game.

Dykstra's no doubt was that 15-14 game in the 1993 World Series.

Wow, nobody's going to come up with Sean Casey on a list of multiple-XBH games.
