Keeper of history | Baseball Hall of Fame.

Sad news on the passing of another giant in baseball research.  Cliff worked at the Hall of Fame and the Sporting News and was one of the founding members of SABR.  I met him at several SABR conferences and he was a warm and generous man to someone just starting out down the road of baseball research.
