I just noticed... Moyer, Vizquel, & Griffey have now played in 4 decades!

Since we weren't allowed to comment on your previous post, I thought I'd let you know that, if you were going for the answer I THINK you were, you're wrong. I guessed right, but I'm guessing you meant the WAR leader among position players (which is, frankly, quite surprising), but the overall leader is a pitcher. Anyway, just thought you might like to fix that.

Good call, David. You're right.

Dave and Andy;
I also came up with that individual {I think} for both the position player and the pitcher; neither of whom was a particularly big surprise to me.
As for this post, I will not throw stones; as a person with a long surname {Clingenpeel is just half of my full surname -- I hyphenate as well} I am used to all kinds of acts against nature employed in pronunciation.

They are giving these things away at the Marlins game this Saturday. Fifteen. Thousand. Vuvuzelas. I will be giving my tickets away.

Given the sound they make when played in tandem, it would be a natural promotion for the Salt Lake Bees, or any other Bee/Wasp/or Hornet-nicknamed team.
