Double Debuts

All the recent discussions about player debuts  made me wonder about the number of times that a game featured  both starting pitchers  making their major league debut. Here are the results for the current PI era (1920-1939,1952-2010).

    Bobby Darwin (pitching debut 9/30/62) led the AL in strikeouts three straight seasons.

    Last night in the O's game Jake Arrieta recorded his first career win. David Hernandez recorded his first career save. Is there a way to search for other instances of this?
