Picking up where yesterday's post left off, here are some more features of Baseball-Reference's draft search tool:

    Just as I'd feared, James Paxton is being listed at the MLB site (in a list of top prospects not yet drafted) as being from "None" rather than "University of Kentucky". Come on, he wouldn't have gotten as far as he did without time spent as a Wildcat.

    And Drew Pomeranz, Cleveland's first rounder, is listed by an incorrect name for his school. It should be "University of Mississippi". As a northerner, I have to confess having no idea what "Ole Miss" was when one of the football-playing Manning brothers was drafted from that school.
