These are the only career totals I could find matching 2008. It's pretty lucky to have even this many. For example, if I had been looking for 2009, I would have found only one match (I forget now what category that was, though.)

Nice!
Here:
http://www.bb-ref.com/pi/shareit/YmeA
are the pitchers with exactly 20 career wins, ranked by career losses. So we have a guy for next year, Dick Hughes, who was 20-09 in his career. And we have a guy for year 2044, Tommy Boggs, and a bunch in between.
(Just so as not to confuse anybody, Oscar was looking at single-season records, and I am commenting on career records here.)

The Rockies were 20-8 in September last year, and the Red Sox were 20-8 in May.
And wasn't Josh Beckett 20-8?
January 1st, 2008 at 7:58 pm
Nevermind, I just checked and Beckett was 20-7.

20-07 in 2007?
Man, you just opened a new can of worms 🙂 (or was that already discussed in an old post?)

Alright, I did a quick check.
Beckett joined Eddie Plank 19-06 in 1906 and Ed Summers 1909 in 1909.
