Babe Ruth Postseason Batting Gamelogs and Postseason Pitching Gamelogs
They went missing when we redesigned the site, but I just got them updated and back on the. If you look at the gamelog drop down on the player pages, there is now a postseason option (where relevant) along with the years and if you look at the postseason sections on the player pages you will see links to Postseason Gamelogs. Enjoy.

Very fun and interesting to look at.
*His first WS hit was a triple, after going 0 for 9 with 4 Ks.
*He came in as a defensive replacement in the 8th inning of Gm6 of the 1918 WS, mid-inning. Had Whiteman injured himself earlier in the inning while fielding a line out? If they wanted Ruth for his bat, they would have saved him to pinch hit, if need be?
*Why did Ruth not start in the final game of the 1921 WS? He was having a good series. Was he hurt? Was he bad against Nehf? Were they saving his steam for a game 9?
*In Gm3 of the 1923 WS, Ruth moved from RF to 1B, replacing Wally Pipp at firstbase. I imagine Pipp hurt himself on the bases the inning prior? Ruth had some experience at first. Was 20-year old Gehrig back at Columbia University instead of being on their bench?
*It was a really nice thing to do when they took Ruth out of series-clinching-Gm4 of the 1932 WS, in the bottom of the ninth and an 8-run lead, to let Sammy Byrd (known as "Babe Ruth's Legs" because he'd often pinch run for Ruth) get into a WS game, the only time in his career. Nothing was hit to him, but he got to be on the field for the final out.
*Am I counting right, that Ruth played 272 consecutive innings between 13 Oct 1921 and 2 Oct 1932?
