Biographical Information[edit]
Zidney Fahmidyan has played for the Indonesian national team.
Fahmidyan hit .444/.455/.667 in the 2018 East Asian Baseball Cup; he tied Ranjani for the team lead in doubles (4). Only Ranjani had more hits for the team and only Riski Moehammad Adjhari had more RBI (4 to 3). He was the lone Indonesian on the All-Tournament team, picked in the outfield alongside Joseph Daru and Shi Feng Jeremy Yeo. [1] In the 2018 Asian Games, he did not fare as well, going 1 for 10 with a walk, hit-by-pitch, steal and run while handling eight putouts. His lone hit came in Indonesia's first Asian Games baseball win ever, coming off Chanatip Thongbai in their 12-11 win over Thailand. [2]
