Biographical Information[edit]
Tony Cruz was drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals in the 26th round of the 2007 amateur draft. He was signed by scout Charlie Gonzalez and made his pro debut that summer.
On December 2, 2015, he was traded to the Kansas City Royals for minor league infielder Jose Martinez.
Notable Achievements[edit]
- Won a World Series with the St. Louis Cardinals in 2011 (he did not play in the World Series)
