It is a complete statistical history of all members of the Hall of Fame, all of those previously published in Daguerreotypes, players in the Black Sox Scandal and Fred Merkle.

In the book, the term minor leagues also includes Negro Leagues, Nippon Pro Baseball, the Outlaw Leagues, Hispanic Leagues and Independent Leagues.
