Biographical information[edit]

T.J. Bohn went to St. Louis Park High School in Minnesota [1] and later to Hutchinson Community College in Kansas [2] before coming to Bellevue University in Nebraska. He was drafted by the Seattle Mariners in the 30th round of the 2002 amateur draft. Bohn was signed by scout Mark Lummus and made his pro debut that summer. Bohn was called up to the 2006 Seattle Mariners for 18 games. In 2007, he split his time primarily between the Richmond Braves and the Mississippi Braves. He was claimed on waivers by the Philadelphia Phillies on September 24, 2007 and saw his last big league time with them in 2008. After sitting out 2009, he signed first with the Chicago White Sox, failing to make the team out of spring training, then with the independent Sioux City Explorers of the American Association, retiring after two seasons with them.
